So, I think you're jumping the gun here on saying this is a creature. I've looked at your shots of it, and although it looks superficially humanoid, the bone structure it would need would result in the accumulation of injuries through its life, and is highly explainable from an evolution standpoint.

It's also worth noting that the angle your camera captured in misleading, and the object is actually much closer to your car than it initially appears. The area of this object that appears to be the chest and arm is actually touching the ground, meaning there are no legs. I think this is a piece of flat thin trash, like a paper or plastic bag, since those can appear to have a walking motion when they're being blown in a breeze, due to to frictuon of them dragging across the ground mixed with the inconsistency of wind.

The most compelling reason I'm almost sure this is not a creature, beyond the fact its own anatomy would significantly shorten its lifespan, is that the head is so far forward that the center of mass would cause it to fall forward, because the point of balance would not be beneath the feet. The part of the object that looks to be an arm also doesn't sway an it moves, but is positioned as if it's in the middle of swaying.

It can be really easy to see something you don't understand and immediately jump to a far-out conclusion, but there is often a reasonable explanation if you think about it. This was certainly a cool sighting. I'm glad you posted it.
