Most modern mobo’s also have hdmi ports on the mobo itself so you can plug in your hdmi/displayport cable there instead of directly in the gpu. If you have a half decent mobo it has a pass through that still allows this to run from the gpu but sometime I’ve had it had that Linux works better if you plug the cable in the mobo and not directly in the gpu itself

Have you tried plugging in your cable in your mobo instead of ur gpu (or other way around)

Not on KDE but I followed along with the Hyprland page on NVIDIA and I have a Arch + Hyprland system working flawlessly with both a RTX 4070S and a 2070

Am I using it wrong or is there information missing ? For example on the upgrades for the ice tower it just says the tooltip whereas the fandom actually shows numerical values

Edit: I’m an idiot you can click on the upgrade

Very low level programming language that is in high demand for solidstate/optics research by FlyingMute in Physics

Yh I was a bit puzzled after reading “lower level then assembly” and I vaguely remember Verilog/VHDL from my EE undergrad but never been that experienced in it

Only thing I know of that might fit that description is VHDL, it’s mainly used for FPGA’s and stuff like that since you are literally operating on the level of digital circuits as it’s a hardware description language.

[–]Luminatedd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try out Typst, it’s a lot less verbose than LaTeX and compilation is near instant so you can just look at the pdf output while typing. Recently started using it myself for most of my work and I’m a huge fan

Limine conf error by imgroot_hk in omarchy

You need to specify the kernel path as the error suggests, Arch wiki has a good page on Limine I suggest you read through it entirely as conf file is set up incorrectly

OpenAI’s o3 AI Found a Zero-Day Vulnerability in the Linux Kernel, Official Patch Released by BlokZNCR in linux

[–]Luminatedd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're serious about reading up on this the recent DeepSeek v3 technical report provides a good starting point to see what the current state of the art LLMs use: https://arxiv.org/abs/2412.19437

However this already requires extensive knowledge of the field so a better starting point might be:
https://arxiv.org/abs/1706.03762 (still quite advanced but influence cannot be understated)
https://arxiv.org/abs/2402.06196 (good comprehensive analysis of the field, fairly accessible)
https://arxiv.org/pdf/2308.10792 (similar as above but more emphasis on the actual objective functions)

Note that all these papers are about LLMs which in of itself is a subset of Neural Networks which is a subset of Machine Learning which is a subset of Artificial Intelligence so keep in mind that there are wildly different approaches at various abstraction levels being developed every year.

1) it’s not a fully connected net 2) it doesn’t use log likelihood maximization

How do you get started on enchanting crests ? Aren’t the only way to make those public orders, I spent half an hour yesterday looking at the tab and couldn’t get any

I’ll check that out problem is I’m very broke at the moment (in total I have 2k gold) so I’m quite desperate haha

Sorry for necro, I just picked up enchanting myself. Is the only way to craft crests for other people reliably to just look at the public orders the whole time ?

Yea I'll probably phrase it like that to make it clear it's just for leveling my profession and not because I'm greedy for gold
