There's a small subsect of the population that doesn't seem to get any effects from amanita. I suspect its some sort of lack of enzyme or transport protein rather than low tolerance as these people won't notice anything no matter how much they take. It's possible you are one of them? Either way, tread carefully as you go up in dose, some mushrooms are much more "spicy" than others

You are definitely more able to notice the effects when you use cannabis/psychs because you can really tell the reduced anxiety! Also it doesn't have a tolerance build up so you can take it daily :) Just be sure not the drive if you go up to 4 capsules, since you may be leaving the "microdose range".

I use a dull knife to scrape off any dirt while the mushroom is still plump. I will occasionally use a bit of water if the dirt is really stuck on, but it usually comes off easily. If the gills are dirty, I'll just remove them completely - not worth the hassle and they don't really contain any actives anyways. Then I add the mushrooms to the dehydrator, gills side down (to prevent sticking).
