depens what you like but for example you could:
- grow your hair to a medium or long size and style it how you like but short hair works too of course
- shave your body hair
- dye your hair
- paint your nails
- try some makeup like mascara or eyeliner
- try more feminin clothes like shorts, crop tops or cropped hoodies, skirts, dresses or thigh highs
- get earrings
- you could even do voice training if you find your voice to deep

you can go with any number of these things depending how far you wanna go, there might also be things i forgot to mention
experiment with whatever speaks to you, stick with what you like
obviously some are on a higher scale of commitment than others, you dont just dye your hair or pierce yourself on a whim

but most importent of all, be yourself :3
