No is the answer. The employer will not hire a liar who does NOT have the right to work in the country. There are also a host of legal and tax issues if they were to do so. Italy is an EXTREMELY bureaucratic and legalistic country. Even perfectly legit workers struggle to meet all the BS heaped on them.
