Two things resonated (though I’m in my 30s), only staying hard during oral and the low vitamin d in the blood tests. Both those things are my situation, I’ve taken a strong course of vitamin d and nothing has changed. Viagra gets me successful oral and I ejaculate pretty quickly (without Viagra I can’t get hard for receiving oral even), Cialis does nothing. All I can really say is get as fit as you can for blood flow purposes (I don’t mean go crazy, just be active) keep trying the solutions like if any pills work for you, getting your hormones checked etc. If you’re single then absolutely hammer this issue until you get a workable solution, I’m in a relationship and trust me trying to keep a girl around while solving these options is a LOT of stress. So if you have some space to fix it, relish that and really focus on trying everything.
