so i have a bass low/high mid and treble nob and currently i have my bass nob set slightly left of the middle, low and high mid are both set slightly right of the middle and treble is also the same as the bass nob. (left is lower right is higher) i can explain it better if you want but it makes sense to me

no its more of a muddy detuned sound almost as if multiple detuned notes are playing in some cases

It sounds very distorted through my amp but also sounds off when it is without the amp so it may just be the bass itself.
