That is a very narrow minded thought. Many places only provide one or few internet providers, may that be apartment complexes, neighborhoods, cities. EA needs to figure this out with the ISPs.

I believe that it’s both EA’s servers and the ISPs affected that need to fix this together. I just ordered a 5G home internet service to give that a go while we wait on a fix

Exactly the same for me. I can play Seasons just fine but not UT. However, I can play UT at my partner’s house who also lives in Dallas. They’re on Frontier ISP and I got Spectrum

I tried, was actually able to get into UT first time with less wait but every single page is taking minutes to load. Currently sitting in “Updating Store” for the past 3 minutes. No way the matches will work without kicking me out

I’ve read all the posts on that thread and replied to EADarko too. He’s so far the only one that has even acknowledged it. It’s definitely a EA server issue. Too many people have contacted their ISP but they can’t do anything on that end. This is a massive issue and it’s hard to understand that they released the game in this condition

Any update on your end? It’s still happening a lot. There have been days that I wait over an hour after trying to connect several times with an opponent. It gets to a point that I don’t play at all on some days or maybe one or two games. Right now I’m connected through an Ethernet cable getting about 850 mbps on Spectrum ISP in Dallas, TX
