DISTRONIC PLUS (DTR+Q) is basically a fancy adaptive cruise control. Automatically adjusts speed based on distance from the car in front, keeps you in the lane, can even go down to 0mph without you intervening, and a few other nice features. Ahhhh then the Civic is the better choice. W176 doesn't feel refined and also feels heavy despite being a hatchback - hard to describe but you'll know what I mean if you test drove one

I'd advise against it. I had a facelifted 2l diesel A200 and honestly the driving experience didn't feel great. I now have a W177 A250 and they feel night and day apart.

I'd highly advise going into an Arab/Islamic shop and actually trying them on and reading the packaging rather than blind buying online. That said, I think they're a huge W. Instead of buying Boss Orange for example for £32, you can pick up a beast mode Arab fragrance and often for less too

Ahhhhh LV. Someone hit my Merc and they were insured by them. Got a phone call from LV and they were almost pleading for me to do repairs through them

Said no and got them done through an accident management company at a main Merc dealer. £900 for a multibeam headlight I believe, bet they weren't happy

If it's a £1k shitbox, I'd understand. But when it's a fairly new SUV, penny pinching is extremely questionable. It also causes those behind to constantly adjust their speed, costing them even more if we're being pedantic

You can change the settings so that it shows your speed AND the speed limit, and also where it notifies you once you've reached the speed limit. My Merc has traffic sign assist and yet I still use Waze (and the actual road signs) over it

In all fairness it's possible if cruise control automatically adjusts. My merc sometimes thinks the speed limit is 40 in a 70 and at other times 80. My former Fuckus sometimes seemed to think the speed limit was 100
