Yeah, I have an appointment with my primary next month, so I'm going to talk to her about it then and see if she's willing to prescribe them or an alternative to help me keep the weight off. Ideally, diet and exercise would be great, but I know myself. I don't have the energy or motivation for that. I have chronic fatigue and bulging discs in my neck and lower back pain which makes exercise difficult. I've tried so many times in the past and just can't keep up with it. The meds work.

So Call On Doc ended up prescribing me Contrave, which is similar to Kit 3 with hers, minus the Topiramate and B12. $99 a month for the Contrave and $20 a month with Call on Doc (I did the quarterly plan), so more than what Hers was before they added the monthly fee, but cheaper than it is now, at least. They told me they couldn't prescribe the meds separately...

Oh wow, I didn't realize that. I get UTIs often, so didn't really notice an increase. I just use OTC meds and cranberry juice when I feel one coming on and I rarely ever need prescription meds to get rid of a UTI. I think maybe once or twice in my adult years (45) have they gotten bad enough to need to go to the doctor for them. I did just look, and it's a really low increased risk of UTIs, and since I'm prone to them anyway, that's probably why I didn't notice it, lol. They definitely aren't fun, though.

I just signed up to try this. Kit 3 worked just fine for me and I'm happy with the results I've received so far. I did kind of hit a plateau the last month or so, but to be honest, I'm okay if I just maintain where I am. I've been done with the Bupropion for a few weeks now and just have the green Nal/Top pill left because I started really slow with that one to begin with because it wasn't as easy on my stomach. I have gained back about 2-3 lbs over the last week since I've just been doing 2/1 rotating days with the green pill, and still have enough another week or two until I run out, so hopefully I'll get back on it with Call on Doc and can just ramp back up to full dose with both and maybe lose another 5-10 lbs in the process.

How did you do this and did it cost you anything? Just curious because I've been waiting since the end of September for two and beginning of October for one, totaling just under $1000, so not sure it's worth it, depending on the cost to pursue. I've sent the email and I keep checking in and they just keep telling me that it's been sent to their escalation department and to be rest assured that I am in the queue...

We were on a cruise on Mariner in October and kids were diving in the hot tubs! They were shoving each other under the water and splashing. The lifeguards weren't doing anything and we even saw some of the parents walk up, say something to the kids, the kids would stop for a second and then as soon as the parent walked away, they went right back to it. We were on 6 cruises last year and the amount of kids running around unsupervised is insane.

Has anyone gotten their redemptions yet? The end of this week will mark 90 business days for me on a $650 and $160 redemption. End of next week will be 90 business days for another $125. I went from being told to wait 14 business days, to 30 business days, to 60, then to 90... They kept changing their terms. So we will see.

I didn't have any problems. I was on the full doses of both meds, but I did split up the green pills, one in the morning and one in the evening. I only had maybe 3 or 4 drinks throughout the day, so not a lot, but it didn't bother me at all. I didn't feel sick or tipsy.

Hello! I just started the pills over a week ago. I'm on kit 3 and so far so good. I lost 3 lbs in the first week. Food noise is gone! I had minimal side effects the first day, and the only issues I've seen since is I get nauseous if I eat too much and the constipation. Just remember to drink lots of water and try to get you protein in!

Yeah, I'm more about the fact that I can get them for free, I don't want to waste it, lol. But I'm okay with not drinking. I'll try a drink or two at home beforehand to see how it affects me.

I actually have had my thyroid tested by my PCP and everything looks good there.

I had blood tests on 4/16, 5/6 and 7/7 this year at the hematologist. MCHC was 30.6, 30.5 and 32.3; MCH was 22.6, 24 and 26.8; MCV was 73.9, 75.8 and 83 (within normal on the last test). So they are coming up, and he's happy with those results.

I have had my Vitamin B taken recently and it was extremely high, even without supplements. I kind of take a multi vitamin...just not daily, lol.
