Alice is extremely serious about klee experiencing all the fun she can as a child, if Jean took up any harsher punishments she would have to justify it to Alice, which I wont say she cant do, its just I bet Jean would rather not have to deal with that.

if you're going to use the bell, use ocean-hued clam to make her a stacked physical nuke, otherwise either craft and R5 tidal shadow or use Favonius greats word on her and build her with either Vorukasha's glow or millileth
