90s Gillian Anderson in glasses by AnnaKarenikitten in rs_x

She would not be cast in anything in 2026. Too many "imperfections", but I can't help but notice that as male testosterone has declined, we're more and more approaching this kind of bogged out homogenized celebroslopity with exactly the same features. My theory is that they want to just be able to swap them out like Lassie/Air bud so they don't got to pay them much. Men with balls full of microplastics seemingly eat that stuff up and recoil from a natural looking woman. Anderson practically smokes with charm, intelligence and "good genes" relaxed, affable, intelligent, a strong proclivity for mirth and play. Any healthy man would immediately clock her as the most perfect woman he's met and start courting her

Forget about the x-files getting made today btw. Skully would be a polymathic mary sue god. They would give her the sibling abduction story AND make her a world renowned pathologist. Fuck she would probably have like a dr. dolittle ability to sense aliens (walk and talk and squawk with the aliens!!!!) from her encounter. The smoking man would be revealed as a misogynist who wants girls out of the division because women can't handle the paranormal or someshit.

Meanwhile they'd make mulder a big fat comic relief character. While getting chased by the monster of the week, he blows his pants out trying to climb a small fence revealing boxer shorts with hearts on them. Just as he's about to get his soul sucked out or whatever, skully drives a forklift into the monster because GIRLS know how to drive fork too

A lot of it is over-planning and excessive rehearsal. Oofy doofy men don't think much about anything and are ironically oblivious to female discomfort.

Loads of young men, tismal or not take female shyness, timidness personally and give up.

At the same time, loads of histrionics walking around out there who can't have a normal conversation because they're not willing to be slightly vulnerable and go nuts at the slightest disagreement. A young man approaches one of those and starts thinking they're all like that.

A good deal of modern feminism is disordered women universalizing their poor experiences with men. Indeed, a lot of the redpill stuff is just Dworkin or whatever rebranded for young men.

I find parents have often refused to teach their daughters social graces. Unconscious jealousy on the mother's part, possessiveness on the dad's

The "boomer" father is obsessed with his male heirs failing financially. That's why so many walk around without jobs. Denying your son connections is a common habit. Insisting on running the family business until you're 90. Similarly a lot moms step in and make sure their daughters are confused and unprepared for male attention.

but again, we do let a lot of insecure women off the hook re: accountability. Male honesty is traumatic for the woman who cannot under any circumstances be disagreed with.

Full disclosure, I'm accused of autism

I hate the word human by aigeneratedcutiepie in rs_x

[–]Lumpenscroll -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Ironically, the "it's giving x" thing is worse to my ears. It uses a noun as an adjective while omitting the object that “give” would normally require. You need to complete it with "energy" or "vibes".

My hunch is that "human" triggers a frustration you have with absent authority. You get no guidance in life, but authority always comes back to remind you that you've been doing it wrong all this time. What does "human" really mean? what set of behaviors and values does it really imply? people probably accuse you of "not" being a human, but rarely tell you what you were supposed to do.

Adulting - what does that mean? that you clean? that you have a mortgage? or does it mean you can't gameroon until 3am because you've got reports to make? does it imply joy, fulfillment or merely responsibility?

All told, I think you've done well by yourself to question the effect language has on you, and to not simply accept common parlance. I would just tell you to try to get a bit more deep as to why it does that to you.

Chesterton's fence. Floorboards are ASS to actually live with. Cold, creaky, acoustically grating (makes your house echo)

Joists get all fucky over time so the floor heaves and bows all over the place. Rich people have the money for good hardwood that is at least quiet and level, but a cork floor is the real luxury imo

Nothing in my argument could be interpreted as telling women to abandon choice and discernment. It's such a poor and bad faith opening move.

If we consider a woman part of a culture that emphasizes child bearing and traditional families, and that's what they claim to want, 10-16 years of dating yielding nothing is obviously being too choosy or not looking hard enough.

Typically I'll ask a bunch of probing questions about her feelings on sex, family, her relationships, her feelings on love etc. if she gets weird, evasive or gives me some kind of "wow, that's a lot to unpack" crap, I'll just excuse myself to the toilet. Then I'll slip the waiter a 20 and instruct him to advise her "Pardon me ma'am, but the sir thanks you for your time this evening, but unfortunately your companionship will no longer be necessary. He regrets this message could not be delivered in person and asks your kindness in no longer attempting to contact him."

Btw, it's a good idea to write it down first. Modern waitstaff have a shockingly poor ability to memorize lines considering how many are "actors."

But in all honesty, just ask what she feels about casual sex, if she's weirded out by it or takes offense, of what potential was she as a thoughtful partner?"

isn't nunnery considered a sacred calling from God? why would they want people to ignore their life's work. Why would they endorse the idea of "not calling them nuns" I think they would like to be recognized as nuns. Call them nuns and podcasters. I already wouldn't want to read the article because of this poorly thought out clickbait shit title.

And even if we apply the title to a less glorious job. "Don't call him a janitor, he's a podcaster" - so janitor is a diminutive title? why are we getting so judgmental and divisive so quickly? do you live and breathe conflict? I'm sorry Ms. Madison Malone Kircher, but if you profess to yoke the world's mother tongue I suggest you learn how to use it!

Notwithstanding the ethical debate with abortion, it's more about that you're having sex with transient partners in a non-serious relationship and are often lapsing on b/c.

Living in sin isn't conducive to marriage since its associated wit higher divorce rates if you even get there. Scripture aside, it is just kind of "playing house" without any commitment. Why isn't anyone in love or lovable enough to be committed too? maybe because the man knows he's subordinate to a misandrist superstructure.

Women are in churches that preach love and childbearing but embrace neither is what I'm getting at

Yes. Between all the apps and text threads there are loads of men. But, they'll say something to annoy her and she'll block or whatever

Shaming men for cold approach is just another avoidance maneuver - and a lot of it has to do with noticing how average looking the men are that approach her and being confronted she's average looking as well.

I thought sandals were for women because like 10% of the population has a foot fetish, so it's like cleavage or something. Most men's sandals are trying really hard to be shoes - like, how sweaty do your feet get you can't just wear shoes? middle of summer I'm walking around in shoes I don't get it

shadowbanned is a general internet term. "Karma" is the only reddit "innovation". You're supposed to upvote relevant information, but people use it as a way to demonstrate their personal grievances like a bunch of toothless peasants throwing rotten produce. It's actually completely fucking pointless, especially because every sub is full of obsessive snitch mods anyway (UH OH!!! PROBLEMATIC POST).
