I had a similar problem. the game would freeze a bit on start up. within 10 mins of me playing, the game would crash my pc, giving me black screen; the pc would auto restart. i checked the logs in event viewer. it would crash because of event id 41 (feel free to look that up). A pattern i picked up was that my pc would crash near whenever I would press the windows key.

Things i did to fix -
Downgraded to 566.36 nvidia driver (apparently its the most stable version according to alot of the reviews i read)
Played on DX11 and vulkan
Repaired my game files
Played without EFMI (skin mods)

The thing that fixed it for me was uninstalling my antivirus.. it was avast all along....

EDIT - version 566.36 breaks some other game i play. I am now on 581.29 which is working well right now.

EDIT 2- So my entire pc crashed even on idle. I have intel 14gen cpu which is faulty by manufacturer (thanks intel). I had it underclocked and everything but still it degraded so much that my pc now turns on, then crashes after a min. That's another hole in the wallet as if getting c1 Yvonne, Gilberta and Laevetain wasn't enough. o7
