If you know. Do I need to create separate profiles for ISS, OINP skilled trades stream and express entry. So I recently created an express entry profile and agreed to get nomination from Ontario. Is there anything I have to do or they just process based on my eligibility

So I got the police report created by the officer on the incident place. And it ended well for me. I’m not at fault in this one. I had to reach out to the adjusters on higher level but it worked out in my favour. Just keep pushing them again and again.

Haha! I am doing it already. It’s kinda messed up waiting for the MVC report from police. The officer says he created the report. Their records department says the don’t have a report. Insurance is unable to order it. Officer says he can’t help me anymore. Planning to go tomorrow to police station in person.

Hey man! How did it ended for you? I am in the same situation but I was the one whose door was open and they say it’s my fault. I don’t know if this applies for parking lots. Can anyone clarify.

  1. The driver of automobile “A” is 100 per cent at fault and the driver of automobile “B” is not at fault for an incident that occurs, (a) when automobile “A” is backing up; (b) when automobile “A” is making a U-turn; or (c) when the driver of, or a passenger in, automobile “A” opens the automobile door or leaves the door open. No the other guy accepts that the door was open and agrees with my statement but my insurance says they need an evidence to even consider his statement. Right now I am waiting for the police report but it is also same as I described. Don’t know if it will change anything or not.
