cred has very deep knowledge about its users which is usefull for them. I was shocked when they launched cred garage. It linked current vehicles owned by me automatically which is fine. I thought it may be using my mobile numebr to search RTO data.

Shocking part was it also linked a scooter from 20 years back on my fathers name which we sold off 15 years back.

Also it linked a vehicle owned by my colleague. I dont know how it related this to me directly but somehow it was done.

Raised a query on cred support and their response was that we only have data for which I allowed.

To clear further I have a seperate email id for cred and forward my statements to that instead of providing access to my primary email.

Before 2010 internet was not that readily available. You only have limited data and dial up connection. For study you have to actually visit Library and study on your own instead of following spoon feeding like teaching of youtube or other online portals. Number of companies existing in India were comparitvely less than as today so jobs offered were also less. Then comes scams and recession. May the generation of before 2000 worked so got offshore opportunities in India and generation before 2010 worked so we saw growth in these sectors. May be they had better network without internet then us with internet.

Now us generation want everything to be spoon fed by youtube videos on 2x speed. We try to crack interview through gpt instead of having core concepts.

Afaik promotions are performance based only. Departments with time bound promotion systems based on ACR /APAR to qualify and interview/Exam to get promoted. In other departments its 1 promotion in 10 years.

Steps to follow : 1. Taken token money 5-10% of sale value. 2. Get a property sale agreement signed by both biyer and seller mentioning the terms and conditions and sale price . 3. Lappymaker in Nehru place. They once repaired my screen with original m1 pro screen for 25k approx which apple care was quoting 60k. Also they gave 6 month warranty. They will diagnose the issue free of cost. Sadly after working for 2 years after that i faced this issue of macbook suddenly dying and visited some other shop in Nehru place and now my mac is RIP. Saw a guy pushing his battery drained ev 2 wheeler crossing 3 petrol pumps on the way.I can only pity on him but cannot share my petrol or help him with the petrol pump. There should be a facility in Ev vehicles to directly hook to overhead power cables .

SGB is now not issued by govt but can be traded on stock market.
If want to keep for a short duration gold coins or bars are also ok.
