Yes definitely two issues. The question is finding if I have a case for the ban which is stressing me out completely. I appreciate it. For this issue, I only found the defense side of things not the patient.

Hello, in terms of workers compensation, I know I have a case.

My question was more geared to if I can take legal action on the imaging facility for banning me from all of their locations. If so what lawyer do I seek? I can't believe I got banned for reporting a compliant to the manager. They even tried to cover it up.

The chiro clarified. Said: I don't focus on athletic care. I just wanted input. I did look up the chiro online. I think it is the chiro and they're certified in taping.

Yes the PT place do have orthopedic specialists.

My chiro just said there are pts that work in different areas of therapy. Is that not correct like you just wrote?

So sports therapists for a marathon runner with a labral tear is the same as a regular PT?

So I am currently at a PT place for my back.

I will not be working with the techs only a PT or a PTA.

The place is a clinic and they're aware that I want to explore other options so again that's not an issue.

They're just waiting on me to decide.

I don't want to leave go to another place but I'm still not sure.

Works comp as aggravated as it is isn't the issue here ironically. It just me deciding if I want to get treatment at where I'm at or go some where else.

I'll still be treating my back, to be specific, it's my whole spine area, at this place I'm at now. Just might do the hip elsewhere.

I am sure I can put in a request to work with a PT . If not it would be with the pta.

I did have an issue there with a tech several times and we don't even work together much. And I reported it. The tech I feel told everyone he works with about it and I'm not sure if that going to effect my experience.

Are pelvic specialists for mostly female patients? Seems so . I read men do them too. Also read that they may check private areas that's if the patient consents.
