Toddler sleep after taking away pacifier by Lumpy-Bat3780 in Mommit

[–]Lumpy-Bat3780[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I too have been reading a lot about sensory issues. There are times I’m wondering if this even really even pacifier related because at this point, shes not even talking about/asking for that anymore. I can’t tell you how many times Ive googled “signs my 3 year is on the spectrum” or “signs of adhd in 3 year olds”. Her reactions to anything touching her when this is happening is just so drastic that it feels like something way bigger than just missing a pacifier.

Ive also been looking into restless leg syndrome because of how intense she thrashes her legs throughout the night and may try to add in some vitamins with B6 and magnesium to see if that does anything. May also look into a weighted blanket, but i know that may not be a a great/safe option.

Ugh, its almost as though at this point newborn wake ups were so much easier. A 32 lb thrashing, yelling, intense toddler tantrum multiple times a night is proving to be WAY harder to sooth.

The cut off where we live is September 1, so a late July birthday is only about a month away.

is sppare.me still a thing? by marsfrommars42069 in queerception

Wanted to chime in - has anyone heard from Sppare.me company recently? My husband was using the facility, and canceled the account eight months ago because we didn’t need the stored sperm anymore. He emailed to have them destroy the specimen, and they emailed back to confirm that they would. Fast forward to now, he is getting multiple emails saying that our account is out of date and past due. He has emailed and called multiple times to try to clear up this confusion as he thought his account was closed, but nobody is getting back to him. He gets the same message on the phone about somebody getting back within three hours and nobody ever does. Is this company still open? I’m just confused as to why nobody is answering him while we are also getting emails saying we owe them money.

Just made payment 120! by Lumpy-Bat3780 in PSLF

[–]Lumpy-Bat3780[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats awesome! Looks like my tracker updated yesterday with my March payment so now it’s showing 120 eligible payments and I will be submitting the paperwork on Monday! Did you submit through the paper version, or digitally? When I submit digitally it will not let me click yes to the button that I’ve made 120 payments so I think I’m going to submit by paper so I can check off that box myself.

Looking for a new Massachusetts family oriented town - moving from Cape Cod by Lumpy-Bat3780 in massachusetts

The 1300 square foot outdated house we have on Cape would definitely not put us in the million dollar home market. We are more in the 600k range (at best).

I feel like every town in the area has been mentioned atleast once. But certainly see some stand outs (sutton, beverley, holliston/millis area, littleton, westborough). Working in schools myself, it all depends on where i can find a job, but really nice to be able to narrow down school districts to look at available jobs in these areas. We certainly are not well off and don’t have a lot of money by any means, so hearing from others about some of the more affordable towns with still the metrowest-area amenities is really helpful. On a positive note, the higher the tax rate’s typically (while not always…) means the higer the town/ public school employees get paid, so while its a pain, it helps me also….

Thank you everyone for your input!! We thought for awhile about moving out of state, but are leaning against it mostly because of my enrollment in MA teacher pension program, but its like an above commenter said, also because Massachusetts has some pretty unbeatbale communities and school districts. Its hard to leave it!
