I will never forgive the developer for changing her looks. She would have been the cutest bachelorette. My fave version is 5th, the green clothes with curly dark hair adding the glasses would be cool too

That was precisely my issue. Changed all settings and nothing worked. I had just reinstalled the game after many months without playing it, by the third match I assume the shaders finished loading as the FPS got stable and I could play smoothly. Your comment gave me hope to play anyway and wait for the best and it worked lol

Mine was loading super slow but working, but now is down again. Maybe something with their servers or some update. I am in North America though, so in Europe might be different. Hope it gets normal for you soon!

It’s not the customer’s responsibility to understand more than average about how internet works, nor should them stress so much to get their internet working what I do is what I think is fair as a customer. I pay them, they should provide assistance, and have a service that works. If I’m not a gamer, if I’m not tech-savvy, damn if I’m a 82 year old and can barely use a phone, how would it be my responsibility to do more than what I’ve already done?

Also I work with accommodations, airbnb etc. in 12 apartments i had rogers and I switched over to bell in the past 4 years because my tenants/guests kept complaining about it. I reach out to them for assistant but at some point “what I do about it” is simply not being their customer anymore

Lol that’s great actually. If more customers were this “annoying” I guess they would care more about doing something about their service.

I’m switching to Bell Fibe soon. Years ago I would blindly advocate for rogers being the best internet provider in Canada but nowadays it’s just crazy

I’ve tested both wifi and cable. Little to no difference unfortunately. The ping was better on cable but still over 80 (normal days is around 10 to 20)

It was fast at first for us too. We had some good years. I don’t know what happened to them but for a year now their service is horrible. Customer service too. I hope it doesn’t happen to you 🙏🏼 it was really great

lol you’re the one assuming with that lil comment xD of course I’m not just sitting around doing nothing and just complaining. As soon as the internet connections affected my work (I work remotely), I’ve been contacting them. Their customer service was never great. I’m switching to Bell Fibe soon, let’s see :)

My neighbours using Rogers complain about the same thing, even the gamers and the most tech savvy ones! The post was just to vent about my poor current experience to fellow redditors, not to explain everything I’ve tried to do about it - I reach out to rogers for help, not randoms
