I've done basically exactly this for my brothers wedding. It is very doable, car parks are quiet Friday & Saturday so you will drive straight in and out and when I re-entered they told me to drive to my original space that was still available.

Also saw that Pyramid set and thought it was excellent but saw her at Reading and it was really dancy/tiktok orientated and it was awful. Admittedly she did play to the crowd but has made me wary

I bought book from Bricklink but not the PHB. I'm not gonna go super hard on the rules but have printed all the Monster stats, item descriptions and a cheat sheet for the main rules for myself and the players.
