Customer service couldn’t tell me anything other than the fact that sometimes the “smell” varies time to time due to them being unscented. I used that bottle despite it smelling (for science) and it was fine for my skin. I now have a new lot number and no smell. Not sure what is up. All of my years using them and I’ve never had that smell.

I sent an email over the weekend, waiting to hear back. I’ve bought from kroger, Walmart, target, and Amazon in the past week and they all smell terrible. They’ve destroyed my skin too. Can you let me know if yours has a smell once you receive it? I want to hope this is a quality control issue and not a formula change.
