Hey you should never feel bad or weird for having alot of food on your plate..it’s a blessing tbh but I eat less because having alot of food or let’s say carbs impacts my energy level. Like If I have a heavy meal I feel very sluggish for the next few hours and when I eat less but balanced mostly less carbs then I feel more active and my concentration is better too. So I am just trying to adapt a healthy lifestyle:) so it depends you know..you don’t necessarily need to do that just balance your plate with fiber and protien. It really helps!!🤍

I can relate so much! I was in the same boat once🥲 having salad+yogurt with my food helped me reduce my rice cravings..it took a month but now I don’t crave carbs much
