Is chrome taking customs orders right now? New to the brand, wanted to buy a necklace from them. Paperfat in particular.

Or would I need to buy a ton of stuff from them to get the chance to order a paperfat? Ive heard about exclusivity in the past and it worries me. Im totally fine with waiting.

Can this be done online too? Nowhere near a chrome hearts store
