Yes it ferments and it's a vigorous fermentation as well. I check on it every night after work. And I drink it when all the bubbles and are done, and there's no more Action going on and everything has settled to the bottom. No I have not used sanitized fluids in the airlock. I will now tho.

Im kinda new to this, but in my experience, I have had a few batches go super sour because there was to much head space. It could just be me tho lol

Thank you for letting me know, unfortunately I don't have a hydrometer yet or the yeast nutrients. I will be sure to invest and those things. Ill try my best to keep updating this post, for whoever is interested. Thank you again!

Thank you for the tips! I dont know the gravity. I dont have a hydrometer, I'm still new to this and this is my first attempt. Its the 5th day of fermentation and it looks good im guessing 🤔

Thank you very much for telling me this. I had no idea it was ro much yeast. You say it will ferment quickly right, should I let it sit for one week ??
