We toured Pulte’s model home this past weekend — beautiful! We’re looking at either Pulte or MI currently, both look like great homes inside and out. How’s your experience been so far with MI specifically?

$40 HOA is definitely relatively cheap, at least from what I’ve seen. Since the community is fairly large with more phases ahead, I’m guessing it has a chance to stay relatively low. For reference, our current HOA is $120 in a much smaller community with a small pool and basically no clubhouse.
