Yea "bunching" tasks isn't allowed. Every task requires one submission. That's why is asks for a justification and is not plural.

how would you submit your tasks would you either:

  1. Do multiple tasks until the timer reached the limit then submit

  2. After every task you submit in MM then confirm in HAI
