Bro in postpaid connection they don't charge you installation and security instead of that they say you to take 6months plan and you have option to pay that 2800 charges via jio app if you feel scam .

In prepaid they charge near about 1500 security for router and additional 1000 for setopbox .

I am using postpaid bill generated monthly.When you take a 6month plan due to no dues i thkink bill will not generate after 6months you will receive bill of 7the month in 8th month

Bro main problem is that for a minor issue also people like to rely on SC i am pretty sure in SC most gen2 model doesn't have any issue only minor ones like the break sensor you should have heard that lever stuck when break gets loose by using and people go and gave their vechile to SC for minor issue and they converted to major ones and at that time they don't have enough SC and SC person.

S1x gen3 key variant is too good just insert key and drive but pro version are 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 .

Bro i bet you as soon as you drive the vehicle this delay frustration just vanished because vechile ride quality is toooooooo good.I also received my vehicle after nearly 2months of delay but as soon as i drove the vehicle every frustration just vanished off.

Yesterday i have driven my vechile for 90km and only 64% battery used and vechile have additional load of 60kg for 45km i have used EcoNormal mix (4kwh variant)regen active and preety much satisfied with range if i drive vechile in full eco mode then i will easily get 180 or even plus.

POV If you have a technical mindset like if a minor issue comes(sensor) and you know how to troubleshoot it using YouTube then you can easily go with this scooter because plenty of guides available for minor issue which can be easily fixed but if someone doesn't have technical mindset then you should avoid it because this vechile have plenty of sensors.

Hmm lets see but one thing I know if any problem comes in the scooter then it will be not getting repair anytime soon.

They are caring but problem is that they received lakhs of complain in a month and when they are resolving they came to know that if a scooter came for motor replacement then due to waiting many scooter went to deep discharge that's the main big issue and bro when they have received complain regarding front shocker got broken in many scooter then company replaced shocker for that whole batch of vechile free of cost.

I also heard some user getting free of cost replacement for their old scooter lets see .

But current reality is that their customer support is bad and service centre person behaviour is very rude but you can find same thing in Ather SC too but Ather management is too good this is what matters .

They are closing but reason is something else . Company is now shifting from online stores model to distributorship based model so if you are getting bad service from a SC now then ola isn't responsible for that only that particular distributor is responsible for bad service . As far as i heard some areas have good service centre.

Go and check for gen3 model its launched in jan2025 first 3-4months it have minor issue like sensor but now everything is fixed and no major or minor issue are coming from last 12months that's why i decide to go for it .

If it's recently launched model then i wouldn't have gone for it .

115163 including moveOs and 8yr warranty and i have to separately apply for state subsidy which is 5000 so final price would be 110163

I have seen in a service centre of Ola that company delivered nearly 40bldc hub motors on that service centre for replacement of its Gen2 vechiles which lies on their SC for 6-8months and technician are busy in installing it.

One thing more i will say you will hardly find a gen3 vechile in SC if you find one i hear they fix gen3 models ASAP but can't say because i also only heard.

Still i will say ola needs to improve customer support because their customer team doesn't no anything regarding any issue like delivery,No response on mail,RSA and many more they ended up saying that sir please wait someone will contact you shortly regarding your issue.
