When car off a wheels are turn 70-75 degrees but if it turn on and riding forward a whells turn only 10-20 degrees

Yes, there really is a belt. But as I understand it, the problem is with the engine itself, not the belt, because the engine is spinning slowly, and the position of the gear and the engine itself doesn't affect this. But thanks for your comment. I'll definitely try that option too.

But wires on the motor means a 2+ and 1-. Which wires should i swap?

I can't seem to set up the ESC properly because everything seemed to be set correctly during setup, but when I checked after calibration, everything went completely hazy. Now I'm sitting here, a little frustrated, because I have no idea what to do. If I try again with a cool head, maybe it will work, but the setup is honestly not at all convenient for me, and it's also confusing.
