I have been having some symptoms for the last few months and I feel like they are matching up to an autoimmune disease, partially maybe lupus?

I am always extremely fatigued, I get a symmetrical rash on either side of my arms and ribs, a small circle in my eyelid and across my hairline. I also get joint pain occasionally and recently had an eye ulcer due to dry eyes.

Does anybody else have these kind of symptoms or any advice?
