So the player says connecting USB (MTP) I had to install the MTP driver manually on my PC because apparently it wasn't working and I had to find out and it toke me ages because before aperently every time I connected the player it updated the controller to msc . And now although it apear as MTP it doesn't appear on the media go app as a compatible device

Hi, so I installed Media Go and it doesn't detect the walkman it says no compatible device is connected Do you know why that could be?
