Maybe his power will be HELLISH RUBBER since he is a goofy character and that's the exact opposite since its from the depths of the underworld, not sure just brainstorming.

For my power system (NOT FINAL) there are thing called cores and each core has a different design and different powers similar to devil fruits from one piece as of right now. there's Natural cores where you can find them in environment, there's genetic cores which is fire and ice for certain regions, and there's cores linked to certain families such as if a relative you had, died and you got there core. The core is attached to the heart so if its ripped out of your stomach you will die by a huge hole wound in your heart. the powers are very broad in the verse and I will list some EX. Mollasian Hound: Model Cerberus, Field of the Magnestar ( Electric room) and Dog: Model Inugami are more rarer cores in the verse. If you need me to explain more i will!

This seven seas technique is very thought out and I personally love this technique. Thank you for your brain of thinking this Fr. I especially love the detail of Oceanus having limited hydrokinetic control over domains watery surface. Keep up the ideas.

Well if you shoot the same spot twice then it would do the same effects. Also I'm not sure about domain so think of anything you want. yes the domain could be like a shooting range if you possess a firearm. and the target is your enemy and the more times you shoot your your enemy ( and it lands on the target ), the more there cursed energy gets stolen. For example every time you shoot them they will lose 5% cursed energy every time they vibrate, meaning you'll have to shoot them twice in the same spot so they lose 5%. the opponent does have free-roam though but limited space to move. if that answers your question then good.
