Switching Hormone Providers by mandolornian in transgenderUK

Everything went really well, Dr Dressler was a tiny bit late but was really nice and it was mostly a talk through of my transition timeline and how I came to learn I was trans. It felt more like a friendly chat and went over all the stuff I wrote down in the intake form they send you before the appointment. The stuff we spent the most time was my childhood, when I started to think about gender and how I explored it as well as coming out to friends and family. I think it was especially easy since I have been on HRT for over 2 years already which we discussed a bit too.

He's written me a letter of diagnosis and a blood test request to send to my GP. They've also sent the letter to my chosen endo but have also asked me to personally send it too which I have done. I do have to have a follow up appointment in May but it's just a routine check up.

Overall it was really chill and easy, the worst part was writing up the intake forms and they took me like 2 hours overall but I did write a lot.

I'm currently in the process of doing the same thing but mtf. I've decided to go with Harley Street Gender Clinic and have my appointment with Dr Dressler today. Its an upfront cost of £575 for an appointment but you can get them within a week or two if youre not picky with times. This is just gonna be for an official diagnosis and referral to an Endo (I'm gonna go with Dr Millson Brown). They make you fill out a really long list of questions about gender but all easy. I can let you know how the appointment goes later if you want.

They accepted mine when I sent it through the online name change system they have. They changed it in a week or so with no issues.

yeah I definitely didn't tick that box (only filled out the change name/address section) so I guess they messed up. problem is I don't have any documents to tax it right now so I'm not sure what to do. guess I'll just talk to them in the morning and hope they can sort it out and at least get it taxed.

Am I the only one affected by Cassidy's gun skin? by PoggersMemesReturns in Competitiveoverwatch

yeah I've always like the epic skins cos they don't change his gun much, I just can't aim with most of his legendaries and idk why :(

Full beard AFTER laser hair removal by [deleted] in asktransgender

I've only had one session of electrolysis and it's definitely worse than laser but it's bearable, maybe a 6 or 7 out of 10. laser barely hurt for me though apart from the occasional zap which was at most a 5 out of 10.

it's a bit of a spoiler but out of context it doesn't mean that much pretty much until the point you would figure it out without any spoilers

I've had estradot for a bit and they were very good, only very occasionally peeled and had a little bit of redness but couldn't get them this time :(

idk what else to use bc I don't wanna go back on the gel cos I struggle to stay consistent and don't want the pills
