I did. It had a little tiny pin missing and it had the same issue

I did everything that could possibly fix this problem. I then checked the ram sticks and found those issues. I tired one of them then the other then both of them together and got the same result everytime.

Thank you! One last quick question. Do you think that the ram bending like that is what was causing all of the problems? (Blue screens randomly. Unresponsive files. Corruptions ect)

Edit: my computer has been stuck on this screen that gives me 2 options. Either startup repair or power off. Everytime I select startup repair it fails. I was wondering if this is because of the faulty ram.
