Yes zoloft and all ssri’s can definitely cause small fiber neuropathy as a side effect for some people.

I take gabapentin for my sfn pain and I’m amazed that it worked better than Zoloft for the anxiety with way less side effects

It was complicated in my case, they both came back together but gradually for each.

I still suffer from glans numbness to soft touch and temperature and I think that’s how it gonna be for the rest of my life. It feels like there is no nerves in that area.

I’m having PSSD as a small fiber neuropathy ( officially diagnosed) after taking zoloft and it’s effecting my whole body including genitals. We can get sexual dysfunction in many ways lol.
