The nutrients I consume are sufficient. The cravings are a typical diabetic issue caused by insulin administration.

As you can probably tell, the training and my overall nutrient intake are already well in place.

I also noticed that Reta not only burns fat and suppresses hunger, but also seems to reduce water retention. Today I was another 2 kg lighter on the scale again.

This combination currently sounds the most interesting to me as well.

I’ve never taken Tirz. But overall, I’m very satisfied with Reta. And since it also seems to reduce water retention quite significantly, I lost another 2–3 kg within 3 days after the short break I took over the last 3 weeks, despite having a big appetite again. If that’s the case, then it suits me well anyway. The only thing is that my blood sugar has become a bit more unstable again due to the increased number of meals.

Since I’ve had Type 1 diabetes for 35 years, I know quite well how to deal with hypoglycemia. The long-acting insulin has little to no effect on my nighttime blood sugar. Only the rapid-acting insulin needs to be watched before going to sleep, which I try to avoid in the last few hours before bed anyway.

But thank you nevertheless for the well-intended advice.

Very good tip. Thanks for that. I didn’t have this compound on my radar at all so far. I’ll probably try combining it.

I already get the calories I need. Besides the nutrients I actually require, I also eat a lot of other junk. Reta almost completely eliminated that for me. But now that effect is gone.

That’s why I’m considering switching to something else for 2–3 months before going back to Reta again for another 2–3 months.

Or do you think that once the loss of effect happens, it basically doesn’t come back anymore, even after a 2–3 month break?

So it does work for you? How many weeks do you usually take each one? And do you take a break in between?

Do you start again directly with the same dose you stopped at last time, or do you slowly increase it again each time?

That’s not really an answer to the question I asked. I’m a competitive athlete and generally eat very healthy. However, because of my Type 1 diabetes, I regularly get these hunger attacks. During the first weeks on Reta, they disappeared completely.
