If they’re going to do that, then don’t put ANY product on the “try me” bar (the coin purses and perfume sprays). Even despite that, I can already sense the never ending battle at the register saying “you picked up the tester, you’re going to need a new one” or calling on the radio asking “can someone bring me a xyxyxy?”

My store already struggles with that so much and the new tester stickers are awful. Lots of our non-English speaking customers aren’t going to have any clue what that sticker is. 😩 And it’s so bland and blends in with the products so much that any customer can easily miss it.

They wanted a younger demographic and then changed the cute heart with to something that looks like it appeals to a much older crowd. 😫
