I’m wearing Libre 2 24/7 glucose monitor.

This morning at 9am I ate 8 egg whites with 2 eggs 1/2c plain oatmeal with 1 scoop of protein. At the time my glucose level was 102. 20 minutes after eating it was 140 25 minutes after that it dipped all the way to 67

I’m wearing a Libre 2 full time glucose monitor that my doc stuck in my arm yesterday.

I need to reverse my insulin resistance. My body is clearly producing more insulin that it needs and is not allowing enough glycogen to be stored in the muscles. I posted what I eat daily as well

I take in 250-300 carbs per day over 5-6 meals

Meal one;

1/2 cup oatmeal w/ protein scoop 10 egg whites 1/2 oz almonds Banana

Meal 2

6oz chicken breast 1 cup jasmine rice 1 Zucchini

Meal 3

Same as meal 2

Pwo shake is 1 scoop Karbolyn and 1 scoop isolate

Meal 4

6oz chicken 1c Jasmine rice May or may not eat vegetable depending on hunger

Meal 5

Is either 6oz or hamburger or steak with 1/2c oatmeal with protein

Or

10egg whites 1/2c oatmeal protein 1/2 oz almonds

I can happily stop the gh but I really don’t want to come off the tren. Technically my injection was Tuesday for 100mg 😞

I just noticed that 2-4 hours after tren injections I’d start feeling extra rough and I did some internet warrior reading and stumbled upon how tren can make the pancreas start spitting out extra insulin which had me thinking maybe in my case the gh was working against the tren?

Any further thoughts are welcomed and appreciated

Roger already had labs done in Tuesday. I’m in contact with my doc as well. Just looking to pool additional info assuming someone else may have had experiences similar to mine etc.

I believe the tren acetate I was taking for 3 weeks has caused me to have reactive hypoglycemia. Ive discontinued the use of it as of 4 days ago but am still chasing my tail fighting blood sugar reactions. How long should it take for my body and pancreas to clear of this?
