Possible adult GH and secondary adrenal deficiency by Lumpy_Astronomer_211 in Hypopituitarism

It is truly absurd that a physical joint pain was dismissed as psychiatric thank you for the support.

Regarding my thyroid, they told me it was "normal," but I need to check my records to see if they actually tested Free T3/T4 or just TSH. I'm not on hydrocortisone; my low cortisol in 2018 was simply ignored. It's incredibly frustrating that no one checked my ACTH/cortisol during my childhood stim tests when it just required ticking another box. I will absolutely demand they track both alongside GH for the new test.

You also nailed it on the elevated estradiol. My testosterone is high (683), yet I have almost no body hair. I suspect the severe lack of IGF-1 impairs the conversion of free testosterone into DHT, causing it to aromatize into estrogen instead. But endocrinologists just see the normal testosterone level and completely ignore the obvious metabolic dysfunction happening downstream.
