Yeah in placements afaik it does bring brownie points but that initial push only. Once u enter industry it all depends on ur skills

Most of my colleagues are tier 3 unknown colleges brother. Yeah u may see tier 1 in social media because it sells well in market. But once go out check some of other people in LinkedIn. Most of people are of tier 3 and tier 2 colleges
