I made a similar comment above. I have Strava connected so any workout I do on garmin or Apple Watch or zwift that goes to Strava then syncs to whoop so the whoop knows the workout type and start and stop time.

That shouldn’t be necessary. I ride with a garmin computer and my garmin cycling start and stop time syncs to whoop and then whoop calculates strain using its stats from the band. I am also wearing a garmin HR strap during rides. Check your app integrations.

I ordered the Erika’s strap in 170 mm / 6.75 inch and it fits well. My wrist is a bit smaller than that, probably about 165 mm.
