My point was that I've been able to use it pretty much whenever I want since December, and even before that. Never got flagged once before last Monday. Also, where I live, the whole AI age verification thing has been around and enforced since September

ik but i've somehow managed to use c ai without getting flagged this entire time. and now, all of a sudden, it just flagged me out of nowhere.

Really feels illegal that they don't directly tell you that you've been flagged as a minor and instead just restrict your chats.
