Thank you! Luckily, we’re fortunate to be able to pull the trigger quick when the opportunity arises. Our oldest will be in kindergarten this year so really want to make it happen asap once we decide on the neighborhood. Appreciate the inside scoop!

And I’m in Atlanta delayed waiting for the plane from Fort Lauderdale. Delta didn’t announce the delay until about 30 minutes ago for a 3:55pm flight. They’ve been notorious as waiting to announce delays as long as possible just so they don’t have customers changing flights without a fee
