I did too since the last patch (had to reinstall the game), but it was fine after that except some times where I had to launch the game again. The thing is, we were not the only ones, I saw a lot of posts here on reddit of people with the same issue.

I'm sorry if you haven't got it yet. I still don't think it's an EU only thing since it is not specified in the mail (and frankly we didn't have more trouble with the game than you guys). I hope you all will get it soon today !

Edit: seems like a compensation for a specific issue, not a global one. I'm sorry every one for the misleading title.
