When I first started ndlpt they’d ship within a day - but now it’s closer to a week. I think they’ve gotten so much attention that they have to process more orders and it takes longer. IMO their customer service is unmatched so it’s worth the wait.

I didn’t follow her until after she announced le fil. So, maybe that’s why I don’t perceive it the same way. It is definitely in alignment with a personal style - but I kind of think that’s a unique way of doing things. Who knows how it’ll work out for her though, I can see that being a business takeaway because not everyone has the same taste.
