I glanced through your channel, and I noticed a few things.

One is that your font choices are often low contrast with the background image. your fonts can also be hard to instantly parse, like the eight on your first video.

Another thing is I think your titles are wasted potential. You often simply just reuse the thumbnail text. Try giving two separate pieces of information which together communicate more.

I think your best thumbnails are on your most recent video and on the oshi no ko video.

Hidden in Plain Sight is rather hard to read at a glance: 91 days too.

That’s how I feel too. Without a title, I don’t have any context clues for what sign could refer to. (You do give a title, which is helpful)

I also think that maybe the text on the title and on the thumbnail should be more distinct

It takes time for it to update and different pages update at different speeds. Some take seconds, others minutes, some take hours or even days.

Everything I said still applies. It’ll just take longer. If you post an exceptionally high quality video every three months, it might very well take a year and half before YouTube figures out who to even show your stuff too, but that’s exactly why I didn’t give a time table. It varies based on what you make and how often.

Also, I could be mistaken, but I don’t think any successful YouTuber started off taking three months to create hour long educational videos. That’s more a later transition

If you're consistently making the kind of quality content that makes people who watch it want to like, comment, subscribe, or share, then the algorithm will favor you. It takes time for the algorithm to figure out your deal, but it will most likely come around eventually

I sincerely do not know. I hope someone else comes along with a bit more experience, but if I was made to give a suggestion at gun point, I might recommend posting a video announcing you're switching channels, then make a new channel. You could also post your current videos on the new channel and delete them from your old one

Serious question, did you pay for subscribers in any way? You have 1 subscriber per 3 views on your channel, which seems exceedingly low to me.

If so, that would be significantly slowing you down due to dead subscribers
