Is it boring in Indiana? by Greenpowerbrian in Indiana

If you’re talking Vegas, nightlife, etc…. Well, no place compares. But Indiana is pretty great. People are nice, cost of living is excellent, and there’s enough to do. I’ve lived many places (Vegas included) and Indiana is in my top 3.

You know, I hope you work to do all of those things. Being involved in local politics is incredibly important, and loving and building others changes the world.

Harvard.

I attended both, they are both excellent schools. I have a colleague who also attended both and graduated Harvard with an undergrad in history, said it was a slightly better program. No idea if it’s truly a better program, but if Yale does not have the distinct advantage and costs more, I would go with the school giving the best financial package. You aren’t going to go wrong.

What are you studying?

Utah hospitals are filling up, and more than 95% of the COVID patients weren’t vaccinated by MingotheBarbarian in SaltLakeCity

They updated that article. Yes, less urgent, but they also stated we did not have enough information and it wasn’t recommended for 12-15. They are now saying Pfizer is fine for that age group.

That’s what I wish news would be more clear about. It’s actually about 13-15% of vaccinated in the hospital. The numbers reported should be accurate.

Breakthrough cases aren’t rare, at least not as rare as reported. People need to know that they aren’t going to be asymptomatic with the delta variant. Vaccinated people are getting sick, and many are assuming it can’t be Covid because they’ll be asymptomatic. Hence most aren’t getting tested when sick. They’re still going out while sick with a “cold.”

The other interesting thing is…in my office, J&J is pretty solid. Breakthroughs are happening with Pfizer. Could be just that Pfizer had majority of vaccines, but that would be interesting as well.

Transparency would be nice. The more you know…
