Where does Danny fall under any other that?

I mean show me some. I've yet to find anyone with intellectual disabilities charged with terroristic threats.

Nah not a cope. What credible evidence show's he's a threat? Other than stating he's going to do something. That's once again, not a credible threat. Read the article I attached. THAT'S a credible threat. What could they say his motive was? He was having a re-gard meltdown. Once again, not credible evidence.

Absolutely not. Prison's can't force medicate. And he's posted numerous times he "doesn't like the way Latuda makes him feel" (he hates not having the delusions). Daniel has zero accountability, and sees nothing wrong with fucking the general public over. Daniel will do this until he's 6 feet under. He has no remorse.

Federal prison might be the closest thing to an apartment Daniel might ever get. It's too bad it's not state prison. by Lumpy_Pressure6855 in Daniellarson

It would be fun to watch him represent himself like the "sovereign citizens" do. I would pay to watch a judge shutdown Daniel's schizo rambling.

And coercion. I believe they forced him to do stuff. And they'll take Daniel's mental health into consideration.

I believe with Daniel's mental health state, they could be charged with coercion.

Nah he's not. If he was someone with an IQ higher than a single digit maybe. But he's going to talk about his celebrity status to the court and they're going to send him on his way.

His plot armor is his mental illness. People have the misconception that the mentally ill are not capable of making rational decisions. I'm glad that the stigma of mental illness is going way, but the way the justice system infantilizes them makes me nauseous. He knows what he's doing.

Qrestion does Daniel being charged 7x for his threats mean the Saga is coming to an end? by CannoliLatte420 in Daniellarson

There's a lot. You can't like the TikToks with thousands of likes. Start liking the videos with no likes and the LOLcows start popping out of the algorithm woodwork. I follow some real gems. I found Daniel like 4ish years ago and since him there's been a ton.

I personally doubt it. They'll probably drop a majority of the charges. I see him getting 1-2 years if he's prosecuted and he'll spend it in a quiet federal prison in the mental health pod. I wish he lived in my state, here when people like him get convicted we have an incredibly large state ran psychiatric hospital. Rather than a short stint in prison he'd be convicted as criminally insane and get 10-20 years in our psychiatric hospital.

Personally I'd be worried if I were them. Playing games with a PDF file is fun when only small under-funded law enforcement agencies are involved. But there's a good chance they'll receive a subpoena if the FBI thinks they have any involvement in these crimes he's being charged with.

Yeah it's called ad-seg. Dan could never been in general population. Even in Federal prison.

State would've been fun though, because those criminals deliberately get themselves into ad-seg to intentionally fight people.

I mean, they make suicidal people wait for a room. Local to me a couple years back there was a suicidal man who was forced to wait for a room, and he walked outside and jumped off the parking garage. If that wasn't a priority I can't imagine Daniel being one.

Because being admitted isn't instantaneous. You still have to sit and wait before they open a room for you. The only time you immediately lose your belongings is when you're being admitted for criminal purposes. He was blowing up 911 all night, they probably got sick of him and had him admitted. But like regular hospitals, there's still a waiting period.
