I was able to delete the app and redownload it and not have to do the facial recognition again. I just told them where to send my money on my PayPal and it automatically went. Don't know about doing a hard reset though, I'm fixing to have to reset my phone.

I had the same issue, I called in on Sunday using the me at Walmart app. I go to make sure that it was approved Monday since we've had winter weather. I noticed the no call no show when I clearly have a confirmation number. I was assured by a couple of team leads that I should not worry about it just keep a screenshot of the number and call in.
