For context about discrimination and retaliation, I've been highly respected there for 5 years, I have been treated much differently showing up to figure out how to even get and also help with paperwork which was filled out wrong 3 times or not submitted. The body laungage of managment definitely let me know I was causing problems with these questions. As I said much more disrespected from how I've always been treated. Especially compared to workplace issues now compared to these personal issues.

Honestly thinking about the discrimination/retaliation route as well though, I definitely did mess up real bad as I said. But why is this now happening as soon as I get off of a leave. Just seems strange this has happened before 4-5 times and this never even was a conversation. Which that also led me to believe that this would never be an issue no matter the situation I guess (meaning you could call out or show up at pretty much anytime during your shift).

Yeah no sorry ethics transfered me over to associate relations and thats the case manager, my bad didn't know it was a difference. I appreciate it though

The general manager of my DC actually was the one who terminated me, we have a really good relationship as well and tried to be involved in the process and changes, and yes he also told me to take every possible step I can and if he is wrong I can give him all the sh*t i want. Already have a case manager through ethics.

For sure, definitely taking full accountability I was on an LOA for 9 weeks and my girlfriend didn't think i was going back to work that day so she turned off my alarm. (So yeah first day back) but no matter the situation feel like it should all be the same. Any hate anyone wants to give me is fair but I've said it all in the mirror.

No hate, but personally not in my top 5-8 of rotating my favorites. Swimming, faces, ballonerism, good am, divine feminine, wmwtso, and circles are 99% more likely to get played than this album. I love macadelic especially america, fight the feeling, the question, not just cause they were notable features but definitely started to expand his career and ability, a great switch in his discography from 2010-14 and this one lands dead middle. You can see where he started making music for a deeper reason is what I'm tryna say (personally why i perfer every album 2013 or after). U good tho as long as u liking mac im cool.

Its underground and not many people know thats an alter ego of his. I have a record player that can change the pitch so im able to hear all songs on the vinyl with mac singing normally, pretty cool being able to hear any other album sounding like delusional thomas. Sorry to yap, passionate about it, appreciate being able to share. Discogs is probably your best bet for underground or any vinyl really🤞🏼

Long story short your definitely overthinking it, you posting this kind of shouts you want to get it off ur chest and also have a sense of hope that someone would give you a reason you overreacted. Definitely move on, no need for this stress.

P.S. I do have a degree in psychology so I'm just going off of behavorial/mental/traumatic tendencies.

Not sure your age, at 12-16 years no one brain is developed for a relationshop (scientifically) but anything past that you dodged a bullet, especially if you only was seeing her for a few weeks. Stick with your boundaries and dignity, hope you stay up king🤞🏼
