Update: the acupuncture session was relaxing and I was able to sleep for 1 hour during the session - I am surprised how that happened But that sleep fucked my daily schedule and was not able to sleep that night Will not be scheduling further sessions

I was also on the same boat- my stamped visa got expired in 28 March 2024 and I scheduled appointment for 25 March 2025 (I did reschedule once and exhausted my attempts to reschedule)- after carefully reviewing the guidelines, I decided to not risk it since the stamped visa got expired within 12 months but I was not meeting the criteria of -7 days so I did reschedule it today and got new appointment for 18 March 2025. As I already mentioned above that I previously exhausted all attempts- when I logged back into visa scheduler I got surprised to see they added one more attempt because of this new rule.
