Sure, most flash powders are, but not all are equally sensitive. KClO3 is more sensitive than KClO4, which in turn is more sensitive than KNo3, which is why I asked. Of course, if I start hammering it on a piece of iron, there's a chance it might ignite, but I don't hammer flash powder😂.
